ANNVILLE, PA — October 22, 2026 — A longtime Annville landmark is beginning a new chapter. J&E Business Group is pleased to announce the successful sale of Laudermilch Meats to new owners Justin Smith and Josh Shope, with the transaction closing on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
Established in 1919, Laudermilch Meats has served generations of customers in Annville and the surrounding Lebanon County community. Known for its quality meats, smoked specialties, deli selections, homemade prepared foods, and bakery offerings, the business has built a lasting reputation rooted in tradition, craftsmanship, and personal service.
For more than a century, Laudermilch Meats has been part of the community's story. The transition to new ownership marks an important milestone in the business's history and creates an opportunity for its legacy to continue for future generations.
Jim Bitner and Kristi May of J&E Business Group worked together to facilitate the transaction, with Bitner serving as the commercial real estate broker managing the real estate portion of the deal and May serving as project manager for the business sale. Together, they helped guide the transaction through to completion.
